🔍 About the Role

This is not a “spray-and-go” kind of job. At Boo’s, our Lead Technicians are trusted advisors to our customers. You’ll be working in the field, visiting homes and businesses across the region, diagnosing pest issues, and providing peace of mind with thorough, professional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect homes and businesses for pest issues

• Apply treatment plans and explain service clearly to customers

• Operate safely in crawlspaces, attics, and on ladders when needed

• Work independently while staying connected with the support team

• Communicate with friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail

🧰 Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

• Professional appearance and attitude

• No allergies to bees or chemical sensitivities

• Able to work in small spaces and at heights

• Must pass drug and background checks

• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)

• Must maintain PA Dept. of Agriculture continuing education annually

💼 Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)

• Benefits:

• Schedules Available:

  • 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

  • Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)

• Work Location: On the road, servicing customers across Western PA
